1. Delivery time

    Customized or special process products may require additional time. We will notify you of the specific arrangements by email.
  2. Delivery range and timeliness
    Global delivery: We support orders from most countries/regions. You can enter the address at checkout to check if it is available.
    Delivery time (from the date of shipment) :
    Europe: 5-10 working days
    North America/Asia: 7-15 working days
    Other regions: 10 to 20 working days
    The actual delivery time may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as customs or logistics.
  3. Freight and customs duties
    The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the destination and the weight of the goods. The final amount is displayed on the checkout page.
    Orders within Switzerland: Free shipping (standard delivery).
    International orders: The customs duties and import taxes are borne by the recipient. It is recommended to consult the local customs policies before placing an order.
  4. Logistics tracking
    After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can check the progress through the official website of the cooperative carrier (such as DHL, Swiss Post).
  5. Delayed or lost packages
    If the package is not delivered beyond the expected time limit, please contact us at bioitive@soholaccessories.com with the order number and tracking information, and we will assist in verification.
    If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will resend it for free or refund it (depending on the inventory situation).
  6. Return and exchange address
    For goods that need to be returned or exchanged, please send them to the designated warehouse in Switzerland (the specific address will be provided after the return or exchange is approved). The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
