    If the goods you receive are damaged during transportation or sent wrongly, please provide the following materials to the customer service email bioitive@soholaccessories.com within 48 hours after signing for receipt:
    Order number and problem description
    Clear photos or videos of product defects/errors
    Complete photos of the logistics waybill and packaging
    We will verify and then provide you with a solution (such as reissue or points compensation).
